What Flowers would be good in a bouquet in december?

Hi I am getting married in December next year, for the table centerpeices we are plannng on growing some of our own flowers.
So far we have thought of lavenda, plumbago, jazmine, the main problem with these is we are having a pink and yellow wedding.
So I would appreciate some ideas of flowering plants that bloom in December in VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA.
Some suggestions of what is in season for the bridal party bouquets that we can get at the Florist and any links you have to online flowering calenders. I cant find any!
